Shooting is weather dependent and you can only figure this out once the boat gets underway.... Preliminary processing is mostly done on the boat, as the data is also beamed to an onshore processing facility via satellite....how long it takes to produce results really depend on what is required.. if the target is reasonably well defined and a the "best" target needs to be defined it could be done in weeks.... and if a big player is following the progress and the data comes up with a good play, a deal could be done in a month or so... if the play is more complcated 3-4 months before a good picture could emerge
