whilst the commentary on vessel positioning is interesting - it is a red herring
no vessel, no matter it's location, is doing anything for PCL until contractually obliged to.
and if at any point a vessel becomes contractually obliged to conduct work for PCL, it would be announced to the market
to assume anything other than this is wilful ignorance
let's just wait for the announcement
