I think this is the big issue about PCL over the past few years. No announcements about any progression what so ever regarding PEL87. Alway just pop in a couple of sentences re-affirming looking for farmout.
With the extension they had to say they 'intend' to conduct 3D as without it, it is all over and no more extensions.
I may have got out a bit early but happy I am out at this stage. Even I am hoping for an announcement to prove me wrong...
