I think the 'loyalty' aspect you mention is spot on. There is a lot of deep 'relationship-value' that PCL hold in Namibia, with it's govt, partners & its people. In my experience in business, this type of intrinsic value should not be underestimated. As with all O&G plays things move at a glacial pace, until they suddenly don't. Exciting times ahead.
