Reward? Debatable.
Am of the opinion the options are exactly a capital raising in disguise. And the plan was a good one in that it allowed SHs to partake in their reward if they so chose. Pity PAA don't seem to care about keeping their half of the bargain. Stating the obvious but if the SP was given some impetus and got the oppies in the money we'll kill the reward and capital raise birds with one stone. Ho hum. October is not far away at PAAs rate of achievement and communication.
