If you call pointing out the facts is whinging then i am happy to be a whinger as i have gotten a lot more right then all you put together.
I said at the time they released the required 18 dogs out of the 46 dogs would be a struggle, i also stated a while ago that mpl would be lucky to ever treat covid, also stated that a canine dealt was a long way from being done along with the oppie option was nothing more than a cr.
So wringing it maybe but the facts and the state of the sp says it all
