Own what you say and do on here Pledge. I wrote a long and thorough piece on MSB's CRL and its 'next steps' above, specifically in the context of FDA's Mark's recent Endpoints discussion, that got 33 upvotes and 18 great analysis' (and no one argued against the deductions). Having long had personal issue with me (go on, mock me on my past physical suffering as you usually do), you obviously picked out the one possible emotive starting statement completely out of context, to beat your chest to an audience, because the rest was simply plausible and well received analysis on MSB's improved prospects in light of Marks' very relevant comments, that suggest once MSB has a confirmatory trial underway, an accelerated approval a very actual possibility - stuff that you would be unpopular on these threads for arguing against, and wouldn't be capable of anyway, because Mark's comments coupled with MSB's situation make a very logical deduction.

There were other brilliant discussions of Mark's comments by other posters with relevance to MSB above, that are better than mine, for investors who, per the title of this thread and LED's original pleading, want to discuss the likely next steps for MSB with the FDA and not childish suggestions that SI just a plain common criminal (for the crime of not gaining approval). There is another whole, often childish, thread where you can cast mud about SI (and Krause) being embezzlers at the expense of pediatric patients or MSB a 'get rich quick scheme' just because of an FDA approval failure that cost you (and many of us) money.
