The way forward imo is to start a trial in Britian and or EU that is confirmational based on previous data from trials in usa. But most importantly the cells used have to come from new advanced cheaper manufacturing methods that need to be employed to bring these therapies to the masses.
Clarity in manufacturing has been an issue holding back this sector IMO..good luck believers
