Him and Freedman came up in the 80's and hit commercial property hard, I don't think any of us know where his real net is at. I know Freedman has been quite active here in Auckland and is not short, I can only assume the same for Fred.

I have never been able to find the float price of GP, but I would think he has not got anywhere near the flesh in the game that the people that purchased later have, that's investing..

I welcome scrutiny from the ASX or whoever so that the product/ business viability discussion can get put to bed and move the focus to what's next and more importantly when!

I just wish I had more visibility, the communication was existent so I could make an informed decision.

My pick for 2023 based on history is more of the same - hurry up and wait!

My hope is good news, I find myself wondering how much further the can will be kicked down the road without some form of scrutiny.
