    In all seriousness, if the company was a fraud, today's 4C would be an insane document to publish to the market - it locks them in further with many details and says they have resolved one of the few significant problems people have been discussing on this form (the high-frequency noise that can be heard in the demo video). They even promised further enhancements to loudness!
