Interesting concept Fabspro "...if the company was a fraud, today's 4C would be an insane document to publish to the market..." I completely agree with your conclusion. Which makes me think, if this was a fraud (I don't believe it is for a second just for the record) then why on earth would you depart from the previous trend of vague announcements to be this specific? You'd basically be writing the prosecutions case for them. Personally, I interpret this announcement as pretty strong evidence of this not being a fraud.
