just deduction
dep of transport website shows the loader left the loading area and returned to the ramp / barge loading area on the 15 th August
there is no other reason I can think of where the loader would abandon loading except for a major breakdown— something that can’t be fixed at sea and needs more of a workshop setting maybe cranes etc
my contacts no longer work there so only guessing
addressing the other questions -weather is good light winds from the sth east, tides are good plenty of water ,deballast & ship breakdowns wouldn’t mean bring the loader back to shore,and if there were any payment problems surely they would finish loading the ship and send it of to another customer not stop partially loaded.
as has been said they are still loading the geared ships
cargo ships are still arriving so they must be confident it will be fixed in short order
