Feels to me like we discovered that there’s still a fair bit of supply at the 5c placement level. On our last push past 5c, buyers aggressively took the supply but as soon as momentum waned, the sellers piled on and I’m guessing panic sold us down to 4c again.
I suspect we’ll repeat this process until that 5c supply is exhausted or news changes the dynamic.
I remain firm in my belief that buying low 4s is a good bet as we will smash 5c eventually.
