Repkon participation is $2.2 million which will give them 9.96% of shares on issue
Directors participation is $175k
Where’s the remaining $2M….ish shares being issued?
Herbert and Dag forking out $175k between them for 1,093,750 shares with combined 546,000…ish options.
Fair enough however is there any reason why die hard shareholders like myself and others shouldn’t be offered opportunity?
I would have topped up extra if was offered options
