What you have there is the Neos Titomic JV which is registered as a separate entity, It itself is not in administration as I have posted about before.
It is the core business of Neos Limited that is in administration, it's website is down and cannot be reached and i noted a number of staff had been let go and were posting on linked in that it was practially dead.
Though administration does not mean liquidation necessarily it is certainly not looking good for Neos.
Which means that for the Neos Titomic JV to survive an investor probably needs to come in and save it
