Yes, I believe so. But IMO, AZY management's performance has been great, in securing hundreds of $millions of funding from big mining companies, and discovering almost 6 Moz gold in less than 10 years.
I'd say 95% of all explorers/jr miners will not accomplish half of what AZY has done so far, especially in same timeframe.
