The trials that treat about 25% of the target population.
You better make sure they have a clinically significant endpoint , life or quallity of life should do , better go out to five years, 4 year data is simply to weak to consider apararantly. Forget exspert opinion even if they are the leaders in the feild, very low level of evedence. Test for biomarkers that would be the go. Now be good make sure the controll gets the very best and for Gods sake dont let compounding factors ruin a 7 year trial.
O I almost forgot ,, show some compassion , treat who ever comes through the door even if they dont meet requirements for the trial.
