As Nippy said, although I think more or less 90% of the population believes this time they should get approved, it's better for everyone to have a plan for yes, and a plan for no, and possibly a plan if there is a delay injected.

I had one last CRL, and thanks to it despite us being at 10 year lows recently, I'm in the black.

I will make one up in the coming weeks aswell. One for a yes, and one for a not yet.

I also don't believe the shorts will depart this stock until after it's approved. They did not last time, and immediately post CRL skyrocketed to almost 10% of all shares shorted. Or close to$ 200 million worth of shorts.

If you don't want to even consider the possibility of a negative outcome ( approval for shorts ) or ( CRL for holders ) , it's probably even more important to do so.

Of course, if MSB is only a tiny % of your portfolio, then it's less important, and if you don't care about loosing or making $ then it's a non event.

The ramifications to August 2nd, is like a gold mining company who have just recieved approval to mine and refine a massive deposit they just discovered, with all equipment, and the entire minesite allready up and running. Just a case of hitting the Go button for MSB, and penetrating the market.
