Let’s just hope Mesoblast also have a plan for a NO or Not Yet given they don’t seem to want to sign a CLBP partnership deal until after the decision ?
Many on here claimed the position of strength Mesoblast would be in for negotiations after an FDA approval without recognising the opportunistic offers that would surface in an FDA rejection scenario … I would have thought a half decent deal could have been struck for CLBP prior to the FDA decision and the trial is due to start now … and we still have the CHF partnership we can sign so all would not be lost
