Now, if it were merely tactical advice, well I might be a little concerned to understand more about the context. Ha. But, on the information available, it seems we're not 'in the clinches' & needing that kind of assistance.
As other posters have noted, Dr Krause' responsibilities & accompanying authority is across both platforms.
Sounds strategic to me.
