I have spoken to several brokers in the past who frankly don’t rate MSB
I think MSB’s reputation is causing this mis-pricing opportunity which some nimble buyers could definitely take advantage of
Shorters don’t have the monopoly on knowledge every time with them obviously punting on a rejection of the application ….just look at LTR a few months ago when it gapped up nearly $2 on receipt of a takeover
