I think a partnership is on the go too. Only because the SP is at near rock bottom. A equity raise will be so diluting and would have to be at a massive discount given the lack of progress. Especially as they need to raise a fair amount this time.
So the only realistic option is to get a partner on a revenue giveaway. But that would need to be on very favourable terms for the partner to get them interested.
