Some buyers may see value here, or shorters taking advantage of the relatively low very short term price, but who knows: anyone who has bought or is holding is probably already in - so i could see it easily being a sellers/shorters market currently. It looks like it's priced for a 50%-60% chance of approval - pretty strong buy if you think the approval chances are notably greater than that IMO but that's each to their own to decide.
