"Out of no where, he brings up the fact I've never posted the video before." I think there is irony in whytee suggesting that I have a short selective memory because it is there in black & white in the first link:

"People can see for themselves - that the video you keep refering to is not definitive of the trial's outcomes. I'll bookmark the video incase you forget to properly reference and misquote it again."

Apparently you've forgotten that you've been forgetting (or ommiting it). I thought I was being silly in bookmarking the reference to the bookmark but who'd of thought 1 year on you would accuse me of lying.
