While many of you are undoubtedly nervous leading up to the FDA decision, I feel incredibly relaxed, much to my surprise. I thought I would also be feeling very nervous. For that I thank those who have done such a great job of posting their thorough analysis of the issues that are being addressed by the FDA, and for the detailed information provided by Mesoblast on each of those issues.

I agree with many others that, as wonderful as the improved outlook for children suffering steroid refractory aGVHD is, the real share value in an approval over the next few days is the much-improved probability of follow-on approvals for other, much larger indications. It should be an exciting few years for all holders, subject to approval this week.
