DOC is playing an interesting game pretending to be a medical professional in order to give weight to his 'medical opinion' comments. Look at some of his posts and then read these acts - S307B of the Crimes Act 1900; various sections under the National Practitioner Regulation National Law Act; 1041 Corps Act etc.
Even better - look at Vivien Goldwasser Melbourne University law journal article, fn 88 - I wonder if "Doc" would be worried if all his comments about being a doctor and his 'medical interpretations' posted on a stock trading website were then put side by side and sent to someone, for instance, like ASIC. If anyone had any spare time on their hands would be quite the novel project to see their response...
