At exactly the same time Krause was buying, M&G were selling.

IMO, there is no way M&G knew more than Krause, at the time......yet, it hindsight and in the wash-up, M&G's actions led to profitability and financial advantage (for M&G). Whilst Krause was being paid an hourly rate by SI, over and above his salary (as shareholders, for all we know he still is - the deal had a 15 day desist clause from memory). It makes the world go round, don't you know!

M&G's ability to buy and sell MSB shares at the right times is......astounding......actually it's regularly astounding. I personally am in awe of their superior investment skills when it comes to Mesoblast (please refer the thread where I celebrate it and other successful MSB investors!).

Krause buying would of assisted M&G exit at a 'nice' price - what a coincidence, hey? The SP got to around $1.40 in the anticipation of FDA approval, somewhat 'verified' by an expert FDA person who is also on the MSB BoDs, buying share at exactly the same time.

Krause thought the FDA was going to approve, you say? He just left the FDA after being there for 30 years. Sure.

As it turns out, Krause is just another Mesoblast shareholder, licking his wounds.
