Fred completed a P3 FDA trial that met its primary. Someone took a 'short-cut' even after the FDA laid down the rule book. Regardless of who loaded and fired the gun, the CEO holds the responsibility at that CRUCIAL point - everything the company had done or was going to do was dependent on the result - are you suggesting SI was re-stocking the stationery cabinet at the time?
Fred paid for the sins of the CEO. Fred was/is far more polished than SI by a long way.
SI getting Krause is redemption for SI - credit where credit is due.
Don't worry, Fred is still being paid by MSB (by Shareholders). SI is responsible for that also.....and the stapler being fully loaded.
