There is 300 million or so more shares (including unquoted) now as there was in 2020. On approval it should grind up towards 2.80ish assuming that there is no coordinated short attack fueled by a lack of any other major breakthrough announcement.
No approval would see this trade back closer to 85c initially but with the advancements in CBER and the monumental improvement of resources in the FDA to track and monitor cellular and biological medicines it is hard to see how they would not make the leap.
