Not sure, I haven't been watching this stock too closely but has there been tiny volume or something? Only 4% of the company is held short, meaning longs are definitely in control (in that with news, shorters would fail to hold it down)
Shorting becomes an issue in cases such as in the US where you see stocks being shorted more than 100% of their market cap due to naked short selling. That's not something we are seeing here though
