Yes its holiday season, not only for ICG BOD, but any other potential JV.
The Reserve Bank does not meet in January either.
I do expect some news flow before the quarterly report is issued - so from after 16th then some news flow.
As for a new CEO or not - the BOD need to clarify what the forward plans are for when RB completes serving out his contract period.
A new CEO will cost a lot of $$ - and likely come with Golden Handcuffs [RB's handcuffs may only be Silver ones by comparison]
It may be more cost effective to not have a new CEO, for the time being and retain RB on a smaller contract.
ICG can only afford to spend about $1m - have of kitty - over next 6 months and a new CEO would put a big dent in that - hence no new CEO
