You certainly sound like you are supporting at least an ongoing involvement for RB, even though he has totally stuffed up.
With the situation we are in now, how could we have faith in any work that RB does for the company?
It would all have to be checked, and double checked, before his advice could be acted upon, which means that we would be paying another person to do the same work again.
There are at least three that need to go and I have previously given them all the chances that they will be getting spending my money.
