You’re reasons are your own mate, you don’t have to justify to some nobody on an internet forum your financial decision.. And I sympathise with your situation too, the only winners are the solicitors..
The dude clearly doesn’t understand the rules and how listed companies operate with those “off the cuff comments” on agm’s and director changes..
