No, that technical team is the one whose technical programs were not followed through on...it's all in the ASX announcements.

The Frewena program was designed as a reconnaissance program to test blind conceptual targets under cover. It achieved that purpose. It needed to be followed through on. It hasn't been done to date. (Go back and read the announcements, it's all there in black and white. )

You create a plan, then dump the only technical experience on the board then decide to change direction. That is not any fault of the technical team.
Verification will come when you see what that technical team have been up to since moving on. A subject I can't speak on at this time.
