Correct the boat was scuttled and Kalenn was on the boat when it was being scuttled. Kalenn seems to not understand this, that he was part of the torpedo that created the damage. Once that had happened the torpedo had struck in as much as the captain of the ship had virtually sunk the ship. It was left to others to step in and try and make it to shore then start to rebuild.
Kalenn show me where a budget had been done on costs to drill the Frewenas and a schedule of works so as costs could be known and controlled as per spending ability by said technical team.

No budget constraints actually probably no budgeting at all. I would say our MINING ENGINEER guy wouldn't know how to do a budget forecast. Paid $50,000.00 per year to be RB yes man only.
I would like to go back to the minutes of the meetings prior and see where any cost control and costs had been presented by management so as agreement to be tabled to proceed. Where was expenditure forecasts so as cash flow could be known so that agreement about forecast spending was for known by the so called technical team.
