That is my understanding also and I don't think there is anything allotted for Assay costs by the GOV.
Cheers all and some funny stuff happening at the shop front today with loading and buying. I jumped second early for 100,000 shares then was amazed quickly how all 1 cent stock was taken and now the gap is to 1.4 cents at CBA. A lot of jocking for position going on.
