I don't agree transition of any technology should be mandatory - the market should decide. Why I hate any Govt of any persuasion that bans nuclear based on their warped ideology. Inca is not tied to anything - noone knows it's current objectives - in the lap of the Gods given its funding requirements if it is going to do anything exciting.
