I agree, don't worry about supply either.

With all commodities we are told there is a shortage so we all search out and buy that commodity, or some company looking for that commodity.
Heaps of companies are floated and spun off on the pretence of having highly prospective land for whichever is the current fad.

What happens then is everyone finds a little, or a lot, or a substitute is found, and suddenly it is not in such short supply.
Happens every time.
Rare earths, oil, lithium, nickel, cobalt - you name it.

The spruikers sell heaps of newsletters, and they make heaps of money, but the rest of us plebs just tag along getting poorer.

I cannot think of a single mineral that has actually run out in the last 60 years.

That is why I would like us to stick with the base metals that we know we can sell.
