    Agreed, if Rob has departed then the company should clarify the situation, given Rob's history with Inca.
    ICG earning into permits pegged by Rob and Dr J, Rob is a top 20 shareholder. [and hopefully will remain so]

    It should not alter the planned activities for Q1 though, since we should be adequately staffed.
