Tallplumber I agree with your thoughts about needing funds. The obvious timing is Q2 subject to the exploration/drilling program. The BOD may be thinking outside the square such as having a cornerstone investor, JV or monetising the Peruvian tenements and or the potash deposits rather than the traditional CR at 40% discount. I am hoping ,without knowledge, that the CR when it comes is achieved without a significant discount to SP at the time. Current funds on hand may support a drill program at JE using RC drill rigs into ground where there are known mineral outcrops. I am hopeful rather than confident, that funds are raised at close to SP at the time. Cheers Rob
