The delay problem is not one of Inca's making, but a problem at the labs, so anything Inca can do is going to help the labs at their end. They are still suffering the delays from the China flu and the associated staff shortages.
Also, where the preliminary work is being done is in a building belonging to Inca. That is money we still have, and not wasted, and in fact probably growing daily in value.
If need be we could do a sale on a lease back in order to free up capital.

My guess is we would be truly broke with a few rock-chip scars in that God forsaken socialist nirvana of Peru, and no chance of getting the permits we needed, and no money to do anything with anyway.
At least now we are in a hot province in Oz that can almost certainly attract attention from investors and large mining companies.

Also, yesterday I read a post by someone once again bringing up old chestnut about the pulling out of S32 from Peru.
As has been explained on HC a thousand times, S32 pulled out due to their own financial issues regarding another project of their own.
It had nothing to do with anything that concerned Inca or our SA project. GET IT???
