    IF If it is for a CR to fund exploration, then one would expect $4-5m needed - which is way beyond the 15% & 10% new share issue limits without shareholder approval.
    35 days ago ICG said no need for a CR.
    There is no notice fior shareholder meeting [to authorise new shares]
