When a company gets a please explain from ASX there is always a clause saying "Should you call a TH to blah blah ..." or some such words.
ASX can issue that 'speeding ticket' for SP moves up or down or large changes in Volume.
Maybe someone who is unhappy with events tried to crash the company - ASX can investigate that too.
My hope is for a JV or similar.
