Head count reduced by three RH, RB and myself. Emmanuel is a great guy and a very good geologist. I would have no hesitation in utilising his skills in any project I was involved in. However, I did have a little smile about 'the team' comment though...IMO, should have been something along the lines of "Emmanuel will now attempt to do the work of four from the technical team, plus his new role as the only appropriately experienced technical person on the management team."
Question is will they listen to him!
