That is correct - I had already noted you and Rob had departed.
With Dr E being the only technical person now, then it implies no greenfield exploration atm - instead build on what has already been discovered - as best as funds permit.
With no CEO and no GM [no RB] then one might try and make the point that not required under a JV JV is missing though atm
