I'm sad to have left Inca as well. After a number of years in the field, personally discovering a couple of significant outcrops at both JE (Camel Creek K veins etc) and MaC (copper cliffs) and having been part of a great technical team it is disappointing to see the direction Inca appear to be going in. It takes experience and expertise at both field and board levels for success. It's a hard enough game as it is without having to worry about whether everyone is pulling in the same direction.
A dwindling cash reserve and hopes of a JV seem to be what lies ahead for Inca.
In the meantime, I have private projects to keep me busy and technically superior people to take the journey with. Good luck here, I think you will need it.
