I have now been able to read the quarterly on a full screen and BOD have highlighted future funding as below
"The Company has multiple options for future funding of operations including loans from Directors, sale and lease back of the Mt Isa facility and capital raising. The Company will enact as required and to the greatest benefit to shareholders"
This future funding includes options as specified, but also leaves the door open for other funding which has not been specified.
Looking back at the previous mentions of "potential JV in AU", most recently in the half yearly report
"Accordingly, the company remains focused on securing a joint venture with a party that has the technical and financial capacity to fast track this exploration"
then I would not be surprised if the "potential JV in AU" is now covered by a NDA, thus the reason BOD have suddenly not mentioned same.
The BOD seem confident re future funding and have layed out a decent wish list for Q2 and Q3.
We wait to see what will transpire over next month or so.
Meanwhile bargains to be had for the taking.
