I recall many years ago that a CEO told me if I want to see the sp higher than best to remove all the shares I had for sale, rational being it creates a much higher sell side that distorts the market. [I do not have any for sale]

ICG have 5,974,067 for sale on the ASX, over 46 trades:
under 4c 1,104,802 over 8 trades
4 - 4.9c 429,200 over 4 trades
5 - 5.9c 758,627 over 4 trades
6.1 - 6.5c 546,524 over 4 trades
9c 68,965 for 1 trade
total under 10c is 2,908,118 over 21 trades

10c+ is 3,065,949 over 25 trades

and the sell side from Dec 22 low of 2.1c is
2,066.253 over 14 trades

remove the extremes and there are
buy 2,066,253 over 14 trades 2.1c and higher
sell 2,908,118 over 21 trades under 10c [out of total 483m issued] [0.59%]

To me this is a much better representation of the market and shows that ICG is a tightly held stock, with lack of volume being the driver of a soft sp. Over 98.5% of the shares are not for sale atm.
Daresay some news flow from ICG would see an increase in volume.

The lack of shares for sale from 6.5c to 10c is rather telling IMO

I am using 10c as the sell measure because I think it is unrealistic to hope sp will be higher until at least after April quarterly.
[yes it would be great if sp breaches 10c by then]

ICG are poised to track a lot higher on back of good news.

8 more trading days before the quarterly has to be issued, thus buying ops for these low prices are diminishing
