Drilling cannot start until NT Government awards
Like if start drilling JE now, then zero NT Government contribution for JE - but if wait until after the awards announced in June, then one hopes there will Be NT Government contribution for JE. Same for other exploration in NT.
Mac Creek is in Qld and ICG did not receive any award from Qld [maybe Mac Creek was not ready with a plan when applications closed]
Of course if someone wants to contribute $300k to get JE drilling now, then that might alter things
