as for the Mt Isa property - ICG have it listed for $700k for 3 year leaseback @ $70k pa plus 3 year option [as I understand it] seems like an attractive real estate investment to me and good to see that ICG have not squandered $ by updating the signage.
if you look at the visuals for Camel Creek and then read the reports re mineralised veins then I would be surprised if you do not become a believer the overhead photo for Camel Creek is compelling IMO
as for the unsecured loan from the Chairman [ICG do not have a CEO] - it is yet to be drawn down, but when it is ICG have 6 months to repay. meanwhile there is scope for some meaningful exploration in areas where there is Gold, Silver, Copper, Zinc, Tin etc widespread veins bursting through to the surface at Camel Creek is pretty good IMO
Heck, ICG must have half a ton of rock samples that must be worth something to
in the cold light of dawn, in the middle of winter 2024, ICG have permits they could sell to settle the pending loan from the Chairman, if necessary
as for the Chairman's agenda - who knows? ask him direct if you want to. but certainly his exposure with ICG should open up doors to expand his own interests if he wants to pursue
